Dear Secretary Kotfer,
 
I am writing to voice my support in the plans to construct family-rental units at 109R and 131 Clark
Lane. As a young adult, I relate to many of my peers who struggle to find affordable housing while
studying. Housing such as this would give university students access to affordable housing, allowing
them to study and contribute to the community, in addition to avoiding student loans associated
with on-campus living.
Housing such as this would also give young families a stable step in life to begin to educate their
children and begin their careers with the comfort of having a home.
 
Please share this information at the planning and zoning commission meeting scheduled on June
13th.
