* Revised the proposed storm drainage system to separate it from the existing system
« Revised the grading associated with the stormwater basin
« Added erosion control blankets to the slopes along the east and west sides of the building
e Added a revised inland wetland non-encroachment boundary
« Added a split rail fence
¢ Added an inland wetland buffer plantings zone
e Added Sheet C1.1 Orthophotograph Vicinity Plan sheet to the drawings set
e Added a Precast Concrete Area Drain detail to Sheet C3.1 Details
« Revised the Typical Stormwater Basin Section on Sheet C3.1 Details
e Added a Marker Post Installation detail to Sheet C3.2 Details
e Added an Erosion Control Biankets for Slopes detail to Sheet C3.3 Details
