Public Comment: NONE.
Town of Waterford: To consider and act on authorizing First Selectman,
Robert Brule, to sign a contract with the Oswegatchie Fire Company No. 4,
Inc. for the purchase of 439 and 441 Boston Post Road, Waterford, and forward
to the acquisition of said properties to the RTM for its consideration.
MOTION by Muckle, seconded by Attanasio, VOTING IN FAVOR: 3-0, MOTION
PASSED
MOTION by Muckle, seconded by Attanasio to add amendment after

“consideration”, “subject to the fire company providing a signed contract by the
close of business, February 2, 2024.” VOTING IN FAVOR: 3-0, MOTION
PASSED
MOTION by Muckle, seconded by Attanasio to accept amended motions,
