Pledge of Allegiance
Finance Department: BID REJECTION (HP 22 Workstations) — To
consider and act on a recommendation from Rawle Dummett,
Purchasing Agent, on behalf of Brett Mahoney, IT Committee Chair.
It is recommended that the one bid received be rejected due to cost
($75,072.60). The one bid received is above the amount approved
and available.
Finance Department: BID AWARD (Town Center Park
Improvements, Pond Boardwalk and Trails) — To consider and act on
a recommendation from Rawle Dummett, Purchasing Agent, on
behalf of Abby Piersall, Planning Director. It is recommended that the
Bid be awarded to Kent and Frost in the amount of $32,180.
Finance Department: COOPERATIVE PURCHASING (HP
Workstations) — To consider and act on a recommendation from
Rawle Dummett, Purchasing Agent, in keeping with Section 3.08.010
of the Purchasing Ordinance to utilize the MPAC state contract to
purchase 28 HP Workstations from ePlus in the amount of
$35,141.40.
