4c. To Consider and act on a recommendation from Shea Moses, Purchasing
Agent, on behalf of the Recreation and Park Department for surplus disposal

of the assets below:

5. Cooperative Purchasing-Cohanzie Generator Replacement Project — To
consider and act upon awarding the Cohanzie Generator Replacement contract
to Cummins Sales and Service for $56,000. Funds available from line item
#32323-55900, and forward on to the Board of Finance if approved.
6. Utility Commission Bid AWARD — Bid#23-116 On-Call Engineering
Services: To consider and act on a recommendation from Shea Moses,
Purchasing Agent, to award the bid to Wright-Pierce, Middletown, CT and
Martinez Couch & Associates LLC, Rocky Hill, CT as the on-call engineering
service providers.
7. Board of Education Bid Waiver for the IT Learning Boards at Waterford
High School: To consider and act on a recommendation from Joseph Mancini,
Director of Finance, to award two purchases from two different companies for
IT Learning Boards, project #20560-57822 to (waiver 1) Pro AV Systems, in
the amount of $364,825 and (waiver 2) Dell Technologies, in the amount of
$45,922.50.
8. Public Works Transfer: To consider and act on the following request for a
FY23 Out-of-Series Transfer from Director of Public Works, Gary
Schneider, in the amount of $20,406, for Service Contracts and Repair
(increase $8,000), Snow Overtime (decrease $8,000), Snow Overtime
(decrease $11,000), Office Equipment (increase $1,406), Snow Overtime
(decrease $1,406) and forward on to the Board of Finance if approved.
9. Appointments & Resignations:
9a. To consider and act on the reappointment of Jane Adams to the Harbor
Management Commission to fill the term of 12/1/22-11/30/23.
10. New Business: Potential Executive Session to discuss the potential
settlement of a pending wage claim.
10a. Fire Services: To consider and act upon the Board of Selectmen
authorizing First Selectman Brule to sign a settlement and release agreement
with a Town employee regarding back wages owed.

11. Emergency Services: To consider and act upon the Board of Selectmen
authorizing the First Selectman to execute the FFY 2022 State Homeland
Security Grant Program Region 4 Memorandum of Agreement.
