109R & 131 Clark Lane, Inland Wetland Permit #C-22-14
Commissioners,
The Waterford Conservation Commission granted inland wetland permit #C 22-14 on March 23, 2023 for regulated
inland wetlands activities associated with construction of a 47 unit multi-family development and stormwater
treatment basin on property located at 109R & 131 Clark Lane.
Authorized regulated activities include:
clearing, excavation and grading upgradient of the 100 ft. upland review area for construction of building, driveway,
parking areas and utilities;
construction of a stormwater treatment and detention basin system within 0.56 acres of the 100 ft. upland review
area and discharge of treated stormwater to inland wetlands; and
fill and grading within 0.13 acre of upland review area for construction of 7 houses and associated grading.
The authorized activities are depicted on site plans entitled “Proposed Affordable Housing Development, 131 &
109R Cark Lane, Waterford, Connecticut” sheets 1-21, revised through 2/21/2023, prepared by Provost & Rovero,
Inc. A copy of the permit authorization is attached.
