FIFTEEN ROPE FERRY ROAD WATERFORD, CT 06385-2886 PHONE: 860-442-0553 www.waterfordct.org May 1, 2023 Brandon Handfield Yantic River Consultants, LLC 191 Norwich Avenue Lebanon, CT 06249 RE: 61 & 61A Myrock Avenue, Waterford, CT Proposed Waterford Central Apartment Development Determination of No Regulated Wetland Activity Mr. Handfield; The Waterford Conservation Commission reviewed the overall development lay-out plan for the proposed Waterford Central multi-family apartments located at 61 & 61A Myrock Avenue, Waterford, Connecticut at their meeting conducted April 27, 2023. The Commission determined that the proposed site development, as presented on the plan, does not involve activities which are likely to impact wetlands or watercourses. An inland wetland permit is not required. This determination was based upon the findings that there is no activity within the 100 ft. upland review area of wetlands, the limits of clearing and disturbance are greater than 200 feet from the large on-site wetland and the stormwater quality treatment design is consistent with the recommendations of the Jordan Brook Watershed Management Plan.
