PROCEDURE: The Board of Selectmen will hear budget requests in accordance
with the below agenda for the Budget meeting, which begins at 4:00pm:
The Board of Selectmen to consider and act on the following budgets and at the
appropriate time forward to the Board of Finance for its consideration of and action
on the FY25 Budgets:
A. Calli to Order & Roll Call: 4:02 pm
B. Pledge of Allegiance
C. Public Comment:
D. Consider and act on the following budget requests:
' Standing Motion: was made by Rich Muckle and seconded by Greg Attanasio to
“tentatively approve the budget requests for FY25.
1. Human Resources -.To consider and act on the Human Resources
tentative FY25 budget request in the amount of $264,204.
MOTION by Muckle, seconded by Attanasio to tentatively approve a total
budget request in the amount of $264,204. VOTE 3-0
2. Board of Assessment Appeals - To consider and act on the Board of
Assessment Appeals tentative FY25 budget request in the amount of
$1,742.
MOTION by Muckle, seconded by Attanasio to tentatively approve a total
budget request in the amount of $1,742. VOTE 3-0
3. Zoning Board of Appeals - To consider and act on the Zoning Board
of Appeals tentative FY25 budget request in the amount of $4,310.
MOTION by Muckle, seconded by Attanasio to tentatively approve a total

budget request in the amount of $4,310. VOTE 3-0
4. Tax Collector - To consider and act on the Tax Collector tentative
FY25 budget request in the amount of $232,311.
MOTION by Muckle, seconded by Attanasio to amend the amount of
$232,311 to $232,331. VOTE 3-0
MOTION by Muckle, seconded by Attanasio to tentatively approve a total
budget request in the amount of $232,331. VOTE 3-0
5. Assessor - To consider and act on the Assessor tentative FY25 budget
request in the amount of $287,213
MOTION by Muckle, seconded by Attanasio to tentatively approve a total
budget request in the amount of $287,213. VOTE 3-0
6. Ethics - To consider and act on the Ethics tentative FY25 budget
request in the amount of $900.
MOTION by Muckle, seconded by Attanasio to tentatively approve a total
budget request in the amount of $900, VOTE 3-0
7. Flood and Erosion - To consider and act on the Flood and Erosion
tentative FY25 budget request in the amount of $1,109.
MOTION by Muckle, seconded by Attanasio to tentatively approve a total
budget request in the amount of $1,109. VOTE 3-0
8. Economic Development Commission - To consider and act on the
Economic Development Commission tentative FY25 budget request
in the amount of $25,267.
MOTION by Muckle, seconded by Attanasio to tentatively approve a total
budget request in the amount of $25,267. VOTE 3-0
9. Conservation Commission - To consider and act on the Conservation
Commission tentative FY25 budget request in the amount of $18,250.
MOTION by Muckle, seconded by Attanasio to tentatively approve a total
budget request in the amount of $18,250. VOTE 2-0

10. Planning & Zoning - To consider and act on the Planning & Zoning
tentative Budget request in the amount of $686,543.

11. Legal - To consider and act on the Legal tentative FY25 budget request
in the amount of $295,000.

12. Board of Selectmen - To consider and act on the Board of Selectmen
tentative FY25 budget request in the amount of $206,405.
MOTION by Muckle, seconded by Attanasio to tentatively approve a total
