5a. Disposition of Asset 2004 325-XLBMW: To consider an act on a
recommendation from Rawle Dummett, Purchasing Agent, on behalf of Chief
Brett Mahoney, for surplus disposal of 2004 BMW 325-XL.
5b. Disposition of Asset H1 Hyster Forklift asset #001886: To consider an act
on a recommendation from Rawle Dummett, Purchasing Agent, on behalf of
Public Works Director, Gary Schneider, for disposal of H1 Hyster Forklift.
5c. Disposition of Asset Layton Paving Machine asset #101410: To consider an
act on a recommendation from Rawle Dummett, Purchasing Agent, on behalf of
Public Works Director, Gary Schneider, for disposal of Layton Paving Machine
acquired in 1977.
5d. Disposition of Asset: To consider an act on a recommendation from Rawle
Dummett, Purchasing Agent, on behalf of Finance Director, Kim Allen, to dispose
