FIFTEEN ROPE FERRY ROAD PHONE: 860-442-0553 WATERFORD, CT 06385-2886 wwwiwaterfordct.org September 26, 2022 Paul Goldstein Moderator Representative Town Meeting 15 Rope Ferry Road Waterford, CT 06385 RE: New Waterford/Kast Lyme Wastewater Collection and Conveyance Agreement Dear Mr. Goldstein, At the July 12, 2022 Waterford Utility Commission meeting, the commission acted to recommend the adoption of the new Waterford/East Lyme Wastewater Collection and Conveyance Agreement to be accepted by the Board of Selectmen, This Agreement memorializes the terms of wastewater conveyance from the Town of East Lyme into Waterford’s collection system for the next 30 years, The Board of Selectmen voted unanimously at the September 26, 2022 meeting to approve the new Waterford/East Lyme Wastewater Collection and Conveyance Agreement and to forward over to the next meeting of the RTM for consideration and action; including authorize the First Selectman to sign on behalf of the Town of Waterford.
