Dear Chairman Muckle & Conservation Commission Members:
The applicant, 1721, LLC, is requesting an extension of the 65-day application review period to the
July 25th, 2024 meeting in-order-to address comments to this application.
Since July 25th is the 65th day, the applicant wishes to extend the application review period an
additional 35 days. As you may recall, the Conservation Commission has already determined this
application does not require a public hearing.
