6. Liaison Reports.
7. Old Business.
a. Town Clerk Out of Series Transfer. UPDATE: The Town Clerk is requesting that
this previously approved transfer be cancelled. Contingency funds are no longer
needed due to receipt of an additional grant received by the Town Clerk’s office
from the Center for Tech and Civic Life in the amount of $9,180. This grant will be
used to cover additional funds requested and approved by the Board of Finance
on 10/15/20.

Bonds.

Expenditures, Capital and Non-recurring Fund Statement of Fund Balance
Designations and Appropriations, Capital Improvement Fund Expenditures, Capital
Project Funds Expenditures,. Contributed Gifts Fund Balances, Insurance
Administration Fund Balance Sheet.
c. Virginia Bielucki, Accountant, Town of Waterford: Status of General Fund
