Re: Permit Modification ~ Civic Green
This is a request for modification of permit C-22-10. The original permit and site plan
indicated repair of the existing 15 inch corrugated metal pipe. The requested
modification is to replace an 80 ft. section and flared end outfall at the pond outlet with
ADS N- 12 pipe and flared end. The cover will consist of 12 inches of processed gravel
with 6” of loam
Impacts to the wetland at the edge of channel are temporary. Sedimentation will be
controlled by perimeter silt fence/hay bales. The repair work will be conducted during
dry weather conditions and coordinated with the permitted finished grading activity
approved for the accessible walkway project
