TOWN OF WATERFORD, CT PLANNING & DEVELOPMENT Date: September 17, 2025 To: Waterford Conservation Commission From: Maureen FitzGerald, Environmental Planner Re: Application #C 25-12 – 34 Braman Road Draft Permit Authorization Attached find a draft permit authorization for the proposed residential development on 34 Braman Road, Inland Wetland Application #C 25-12. The permit conditions reflect the prior special conditions required for development of this property issued under inland wetland permits #99-05 (the original subdivision) and #2009-03 (house construction on east side of property with driveway improvements through easement area. The driveway and utility work within the conservation easement area are restricted to a 20 ft. wide alignment equivalent to the limits of disturbance authorized in Permit 2009-03.
