Dear Maureen,
| am writing to you with regards to the modifications to permit #09-06 pertaining
to the above address.
As you pointed out in your letter of March 6" there was some additional crushed
stone that had been placed by wheelbarrow along the northeast shoreline which
as it turns out to be is beyond my property line. This was not realized at the time
that the stone was placed. | have since removed said stone and placed mulch in
the restored area.
| realize that there is also an area that turns out to be property of the City of New
London with some additional violations. Angela Del Grosso will attempt to rectify,
as needed, the encroachment with the City of New London.
As for now if you would like to reinspect the area for any further comments |
would be happy to meet with you and comply as necessary.
