Conditions: 1. The removal of fill and debris from a 50 ft. wide buffer area surrounding the impacted wetland depicted on the restoration plan (attached) is to be completed no later than May 30, 2023. Upland soil areas are to be seeded to establish vegetation. No fill is authorized in the wetland. 2. The wetland boundary is to be marked by boulders as indicated on the restoration plan. 3. The non-encroachment boundary established per inland wetland permit #10-03 is required to be marked by installation of 4 x 4 inch posts with identification markers at 30 ft. intervals. The non- encroachment boundary markers are provided by the Commission. 4. No later than June 1, 2023, you are required to notify the Environmental Planner to conduct an inspection of the restored area for compliance with the approved restoration plan.
