4. Finance Department Bid Award #22-102— Supply and Install of Yamaha
Outboard Motors-To consider and act on a recommendation from Rawle
Dummett, Purchasing Agent, that Boats Incorporated, be awarded the contract in
the amount of $52,750. Funds would be available from line item 32922-55879.
5, Finance Department Bid Rejection #22-101-Prevenatative Maintenance for
Town Generators- To consider and act on a recommendation from Rawle
Dummett, Purchasing Agent, that the lone bid be rejected.
6. Finance Department Bid Award-Selex ES License Plate Reader- To consider
and act on a recommendation from Rawle Dummett, Purchasing Agent, that Selex
ES Inc., be awarded the contract in the amount of $27,120. Funds would be available from
line item 32922-55880.
4. Fire Services: To consider and act on a request for In Series Transfers from the
Director of Fire Services, Michael Howley, in the total amount of $25,760.
8. Public Works: To consider and act a request for In Series Transfer from the
Director of Public Works, Gary Schneider in the amount of $37,000.

9, Building Maintenance: To consider and act on a request for an Out of Series
Transfer from the Director of Public Works, Gary Schneider in the amount
of $1,500, and forward to the Board of Finance.
10. Youth & Family Services: To consider and act on a request for an Out of
Series Transfer from the Director of Youth and Family Services, Dani
Gorman in the amount of $200, and forward to the Board of Finance.
