MOORING/ PULLEY POLE INSPECTIONS
Moorings shall be inspected by a qualified, approved inspector at least
once every three years. Pulley Poles must be inspected every year. A
copy of the inspection MUST be sent with your mooring application in order
to be approved.
Several local, approved inspectors are listed below for your convenience.
If you wish to use a qualified inspector not on the list below, please have
contact the Waterford Harbor Master, David Crocker at (860) 442-5994 or

MOORING INSPECTION FORM
e All moorings within Waterford waters require permits, which must be renewed on an annual basis.
e All moorings shall be inspected by an approved mooring inspector at least once every three (3) years.
e No mooring gear should be installed without prior approval by the Waterford Harbor Master.
e Inspectors are responsible for providing a signed copy of the inspection form to the permittee.
