WATERFORD, CT SEWER RATES
are calculated on a 2 tier format.  Tier 1 is a flat rate quarterly charge determined by the size
of your water meter.  See below.
Tier 2 is calculated by the volume of water as determined by your water meter.

Residential Customers
All Individual Residential Units will be Charged 1 EDU($45/qtr.) regardless of the 
size of the meter.
