Modifications described herein as Addendum items supersede specific parts of the Contract Documents 
for the above-named project. All bids and the construction contract shall be based on the inclusion of 
these modifications. 
 
CLARIFICATION TO DRAWINGS 
Clarifications: Contractor states Item #1 below. 
 
Item #1 “Chiller spec (ME-100) is calling for the chiller to have factory mounted pumping 
package, yet underneath the chiller schedule is the pump schedule calling for the pumps to be by 
Taco.” Please clarify intent. 
 
CLARIFICATION 
ITEM 1: 
Response, Chiller pumping package is provided by Trane. Pumps and all accessories are 
packaged by Trane, manufactured by Taco. 
 
CLARIFICATION TO PERMIT FEES 
Clarifications: Contractor states item#2 below. 
Item #2 “Are permit fees waived for this project?”
