QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS: 
 
Q:  
Where is the intended location of the temporary water heater? What are the electrical specs? 
A:  
The temporary electric water heater shall be located in the boiler room. A standard 40 gallon, 
4500 watt, 208/1 volt water heater is to be provided. Contractor to provide 30A, 2P circuit breaker 
and wiring from boiler room panel. 
 
 
DRAWING M1.1 PUBLIC SAFETY FACILITY MECHANICAL PARTIAL PLANS: 
 
1. Refer to attached sketch MSK-1 for boiler condensate pipe route. 
 
 
DRAWING M2.1 POLICE STATION MECHANICAL PARTIAL PLANS: 
 
1. Detail 1/M2.1: Remove existing disconnect switches associated with the existing pumps. 
2. Detail 2/M2.1: Install new fused disconnect switches furnished by pump manufacturer. 
3. Detail 3/M2.1 Pump Schedule: ADD “Note #4: Provide optional fused disconnect switch for each 
pump.”.
