DUPLICATE BILL REQUEST 
The WUC requests that all our customers please consider utilizing our online payment options to view and pay the sewer 
use bill for your property at: www.invoicecloud.com/townofwaterfordutility.  
This form must be filled out completely and returned to the Utility Commission Office in order to receive a duplicate bill at 
an address other than the address listed with the Assessor’s Office. Per Chapter 103 of the CT General Statutes, as 
amended, assessments must be sent to the owner of the property at such owners address as shown in the last-completed 
grand list of the municipality, or at any later address of which the water pollution control authority may have knowledge.  
A separate form must be filled out for each account.
