Bidders are advised as follows: Question 1: In bid spec sections, that identify "products “and execution details, that spec should be considered live and required but in bid specs that do not outline products nor execution details and simply write "not applicable" is it safe to assume those specs are just part of the master spec book and not applicable to this specific bid? Answer: No, the Bidder should not assume that specifications with “Not Applicable” filled into the Products and Execution section are not applicable to this specific bid. They are part of the bid package.
