LEGAL TOWN OF WATERFORD BOARD OF ASSESSMENT APPEALS The Board of Assessment Appeals will conduct hearings for the 2023 Grand List on the dates and times listed below. Applications for appeal must be submitted in writing and filed with the Assessor’s office by February 20, 2024. Hearings are by appointment only. Applications may be requested by contacting the Assessor’s Office at (860) 444-5820 and are also available online at https://www.waterfordct.org/276/Board-of-Assessment-Appeals . Meeting date and time schedule is as follows: Wednesday, March 6, 2024 5 pm-8:00 pm Wednesday, March 13, 2024 5 pm-8:00 pm Saturday, March 9, 2024 9 am-12:00 pm Location: Waterford Town Hall Appleby Room 15 Rope Ferry Road
