Waterford-East Lyme Shellfish Commission Special Meeting Minutes Tuesday, Feb 23, 2021 Virtual meeting held via Zoom, 7:30 pm Members present: Chair Peter Harris, J. Patrick Kelly, Marcia Benvenuti, Larry Tytla, Fred Wise, Tom Bowlen, Paul Spakowski, and Eric Kanter Members absent: none Guests: none 1) The meeting was called to order at 7:31 pm and a quorum established. 2) Discussion and potential action on insurance policy: Mr. Wise and Mr. Kelly briefed the commission on the additional information they received since the Regular meeting (18 Feb 2021). Payment of the current policy was approved on a motion by Mr. Kelly, seconded by Mr. Kanter, vote 8-0. 3) Public Comment —none 4) Meeting adjourned at 8:25 pm on a motion by Mr. Spakowski, seconded by Mr. Bowlen, motion approved 8-0.
