1. Establishment of a quorum and call to order:
A quorum was established and a call to order was established at 7:00 pm,
March 28, 2022.
2. Public Hearing of all Town budgets for Fiscal Year 2022/2023
Chairman Patterson requested comments from the public on the budget.
There were no public comments
Motion by John Sheehan and seconded by Ronald Fedor to adjourn the public
hearing at 7:06 pm

$2,714,792, the amount the Board of Finance is considering is much
greater. The Board of Finance approved the amount with the offsets
removed, and according the legal counsel, the Board of Finance is within
its rights to do so without effecting ordinances or charters.
Motion by John Sheehan and seconded by Joe Filippetti to reduce the
Civic Triangle Upgrade in the amount of $246,209.

Motion by John Sheehan and seconded by Ronald Fedor to approve the
new amount of $2,946,130 Current Year Capital Improvement.

Motion by Glenn Patterson and seconded by Baird Welch-Collins to
reduce the Mago Point Improvements by $100,000 for a new amount of
$400,000.

reinstate the CT Library offset by $250,000.
