                                       Thursday, May 15, 2025

                                     East Lyme Town Hall, 7:00 pm


      Members present:  Peter Harris, Marcia Benvenuti, and Fred Wise.
      Members absent: J Patrick Kelly, Tom Bowlen, Paul Spakowski, Rick
Kanter, and Larry Tytla
      Guests: ex-officio Don Mackenzie

   1) The meeting was called to order at  7:05  pm  but  a  quorum  was  not
      established.  Meeting was cancelled.
