WATERFORD UTILITY COMMISSION
SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES

MEMBERS PRESENT:
Tom Dembek, Steve Negri, Rodney Pinkham (via phone) and Ray Valentini (via
phone)
ALSO PRESENT:
Staff: James A. Bartelli, Director of Utilities
Jill Stevens, Assistant Director of Utilities
Chairman Ken Kirkman called the meeting to order at 2:00 p.m.
C-4 Truck Body
MOTION
Made by Mr. Negri to authorize a bid waiver in accordance with Section
3.08.050 of the Town of Waterford Code of Ordinances. This bid waiver is
needed to purchase a replacement truck body for the Waterford Utility
Commission’s Camera Truck in the amount of $98,633.94: funds will be available
from Line Item: 60131-54170(Equipment Parts & Tools). The truck body will be
purchased from Allegiance Isuzu Truck Hartford, Mr. Dembek seconded.

With no further business before the Commission, the meeting adjourned at 2:10 p.m.
