Retirement Commission Wednesday, June 22, 2021 Special Meeting Minutes 5:30pm Zoom Meeting Present: Chair Susan Driscoll, Kevin Petchark, Richard Muckle, Mark Gelinas, Robert Brule, a First Selectman _ "2 Absent: Marcia Benvenuti : i Staff: Kimberly Allen, Director of Finance, and Maryellen McConnell, Secretary ~ 1. Establishment of a quorum and call to order: | = A quorum was established and a call to order was established at 5:30 pm, July 22, 2021, 2. Consideration and possible action on recommendation to the Board of Selectmen for actuary firm to perform valuations on town’s retirement accounts. Motion by Richard Muckle and seconded by Kevin Petchark to nominate Hooker and Holcombe as the actuary firm. Vote: 4-0-0 Motion: Passed 3. Adjournment: Motion by Richard Muckle and seconded by Mark Gelinas to adjourn the Meeting of the Retirement Commission at 5:40 p.m. Vote: 4-0-0 Motion: Passed Respectfully submitted, MaryellerMcConnell, Secketary
