I, Call to order: Chairlady Sanders called the Waterford Senior Citizens
Commission Regular Meeting of December 7, 2021 to
order at 4:05 p.m.
Ih Establish a Quorum: A quorum was established.
lll. Public Comment: No public comment.
IV. Approval of the Special Meeting Minutes of November 16, 2021. Chairlady asked for
additions, deletions, or corrections to the minutes.
MOTION: Motion made by Kathleen McNamara, seconded by D. Judith Crawford to
approve the meeting minutes as presented.
VOTE: 6-0-2 (Dina Lopes & Joyce Vlaun abstained)
Vv. Correspondence
a. Donation from resident for transportation
Vi. Committee Reports
a. Budget
The budget was presented; questions and discussion followed.
MOTION: Rev. James Johnson made a motion to approve the proposed Senior
Citizens Commission budget for Fiscal Year 2022-2023 as presented in the
amount of $521,064 plus or minus $5,000, seconded by D. Judith
Crawford.
VOTE: 8-0-0

MOTION: Anita Collins moved to adjourn the December 7, 2021 Regular
Meeting of the Senior Citizens Commission at 4:57 p.m., seconded
by D. Judith Crawford.
