     Waterford-East Lyme Shellfish Commission

                                                  Special Meeting Minutes
                                       Thursday, Oct 2, 2025

                                     East Lyme Town Hall, 7:30 pm


      Members present:  Peter Harris, Paul Spakowski, Larry Tytla, Rick
      Kanter, Marcia Benvenuti, Tom Bowlen, and Patrick Kelly
      Members absent: Fred Wise
      Guests: Ex-Officio Don MacKenzie

1) The meeting was called to order at 7:30 pm and a quorum was  established.



2) Mr. Kanter presented information he was  given  following  a  phone  call
   regarding clams available for purchase by CW Shellfish  in  Guilford  CT.
   Discussion on the purchase of clams ensued.   A  motion  by  Mr.  Kanter,
   seconded by Mr. Spakowski, was approved to purchase 70 bags  (~200  clams
   per bag) of mixed size clams from CW Shellfish at a total price of $4900,
   motion vote 7-0.



3)  Meeting was adjourned at  7:48  pm  on  a  motion  from  Ms.  Benvenuti,
   seconded by Mr. Spakowski, motion approved 7-0.
