The meeting commenced at 5:03 pm.
2. Motion to accept March 20, 2023 Minutes
MOTION: Motion made by T. Santos, second by C. Wagoneer to accept the minutes.
VOTE: 3-0
3. PLAN REVIEW
-J. Mullen spoke to committee members about the upcoming pre bid. If no bids are received they
will work on re-phasing.
-Staff and committee members discussed parking concerns and number of pickle ball courts. M.
Wagner will connect with Ryan McNamara to fill him in on the status of the project and would
like to hold off voting on the number of courts until she discusses it with him. C. Frost
identified the two questions that need to be answered, (1) location of courts and (2) number of
courts.
The group agreed that the next meeting of the Committee would be held on May 8, 2023.
