1. CALL TO ORDER
M. Furey-Wagner called the meeting to order at 4:39 pm and welcomed new member Nancy
Sugrue.
2. APPROVAL OF THE April 5, 2023 MEETING MINUTES
MOTION: Motion made by C. Waggoner, seconded by T. Santos, to approve the April 5,
2023 meeting minutes.
VOTE: 5-0
3. REVIEW OF:
e Review and discussion of Civic Triangle bids
The Committee had extensive discussion on the single bid that was received. The Committee
reached a consensus on what the project priorities should be.
MOTION: Motion made by T. Santos, seconded by C. Waggoner, that the order of project
priorities should be 1% Dredging of the Pond, 2" Installation of the Boardwalk, 3
Concrete ADA Walkway and 4" Streetscape.
VOTE: 5-0
e Discussion of potential pickle ball court locations
The Committee discussed the potential location of pickle ball courts in the area south of the
softball field.
MOTION: Motion made by M. Chiappone, seconded by N. Sugrue, to include two (2)
pickleball courts with appropriate fencing, remove the existing perimeter fence
and relocate the existing lighting and scoreboard.
VOTE: 5-0

4, ADJOURNMENT
The Committee scheduled the next meeting for Monday, May 22, 2023 at 5:00 pm.
MOTION: Motion made by T. Santos, seconded by C. Waggoner to adjourn at 5:43 pm.
VOTE: 5-0
