WATERFORD UTILITY COMMISSION
Amended Special Meeting

1000 Hartford Turnpike and via Zoom
PRESIDING:
Chairman Ken Kirkman
MEMBERS PRESENT:
Tom Dembek, Raymond Valentini and Steve Negri
MEMBERS ABSENT:
Rodney Pinkham
Chairman Ken Kirkman called the meeting to order at 10:02 a.m.
Chairman Kirkman started the meeting with a review of the two candidates and their interviews.
MOTION
made by Mr. Negri to make a recommendation to the First Selectman and
Human Resources to consider Jill Stevens for the position of Utility
Director, seconded by Mr. Dembek.
VOTE
The motion passed unanimously.
ADJOURNMENT
With no further business before the Commission, the meeting adjourned at 10:05 a.m.

Made by Mr. Negri to adjourn, Mr. Valentini seconded.
