SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES

 Chairman Ken Kirkman 
 
MEMBERS PRESENT: 
Raymond Valentini, Steve Negri, Rodney Pinkham and Tom Dembek 
 
ALSO PRESENT: Attorney Nick Kepple and Christine Walters, Director of Human Resources 
 
 
Chairman Kirkman called the meeting to order at 10:03 a.m.  
 
1. Review response for the job posting of Director of the Utility Commission 
 
 
Attorney Kepple reported that Jim Bartelli was the only applicant for the job posting.  He wanted 
to inform the Commission that the First Selectman would be offering the job to Mr. Bartelli this 
afternoon.  Attorney Kepple conveyed that First Selectman Brule felt that Mr. Bartelli is very 
qualified for the job.  The Commission agreed that he is a good choice. 
 
 
ADJOURNMENT 
With no further business before the Commission, the meeting adjourned at 10:11 a.m. 
 
 
MOTION 
made by Mr. Pinkham to adjourn.  Mr. Valentini seconded. 
 
 
VOTE 
 
The motion passed unanimously.
