Special Meeting 
Tuesday, December 3, 2024 at 5:00pm  
 
Present: Joyce Vlaun (Chairwoman), Rick Beaney, Anne Darling, Dina Lopes (remote), Dan 
Rissi, Susan Marelli 
Absent: Tom Kennedy, Kent Ward  
Also Present: Dani Gorman (Human Services Administrator), Terry Wheeler (Assistant Director 
Senior Services), Heidi McSwain (Human Services Coordinator)  
 
I. 
Call to Order: Meeting was called to order at 4:04pm  
 
II. 
Establish a Quorum: Quorum was established 
 
 
III. 
To consider and act on Senior Citizens Commission Budget for Fiscal year 2025-
2026: Budget discussed. Motion made by D. Lopes (remote) to have email sent out for 
budget approval with new salary wages based on the recommendation of the RTM. S. 
Marelli seconded motion, motion passed 6-2-0  
 
IV. 
New Business: Dani Gorman (Human Services Administrator) gave an update on the 
ARPA project.  
 
 
V. 
Adjournment: Motion made by R. Beaney to adjourn and seconded by D. Rissi at 4:52 
pm
