|. Call to order: Chairlady Sanders called the Waterford
Senior Citizens Commission Regular
Meeting of January 24, 2020 to order at
4:02 p.m.
ll. | Establish a quorum. A quorum was established.
Il. Public comment: No public comment.
IV. Approval of the minutes of the December 3, 2019 Regular
Meeting. Chairlady Sanders asked for additions,
deletions, or corrections to the minutes.
MOTION: Motion made by A. Collins, seconded by
J. Johnson to approve the Meeting Minutes of
December 3, 2019 Regular Meeting as presented.
VOTE: (7-0-0) Motion passed ~

Committee Reports:
Budget — Discussion on Revision to the budget for Fiscal
Year 2020-2021.
MOTION: Kathleen McNamara made a motion to
approve the proposed Senior Citizens
Commission budget Revision for Fiscal
Year 2020-2021 reducing the amount of
$556,913 to $548,127 plus or minus
$5,000, seconded by D. Judith Crawford.
VOTE: (7-0-0) Motion passed
Discussion on the Open Doors budget and caregiver
meeting. L. Cappuccio reported that a meeting with the
caregivers would be scheduled soon.
. Nominating Committee — Two of the board members are
up for renewal. A letter will be sent to the necessary
parties.
c. Transportation Committee — no report
d. Planned Giving Sub-committee — no report

Highlights included the Holiday season especially
the Holiday Luncheon.

MOTION: D. Judith Crawford moved to adjourn the
January 28, 2020 Regular Meeting of the
Senior Citizens Commission at 5:06 p.m.,
seconded by Anne Darling.
Motion passed.
