Chairlady Sanders called the Waterford Senior
Citizens Commission Regular Meeting of
February 25, 2020 to order at 4:01 p.m.
Establish a quorum. A quorum was established.
Public Comment: No public comment.
Approval of the minutes of the January 28, 2020 Regular Meeting.
Chairlady Sanders asked for additions, deletions, or corrections to
the minutes.
MOTION: Motion made by D. Judith Crawford, seconded by
Anita Collins to approve the meeting minutes of
January 28, 2020 as presented.
VOTE: 5-0-1 (D. Lopes abstained)

Reappointment letters being sent to appropriate groups.

Annual Donation letter has been mailed.

Vil. Director/Assistant Director Report for February 2020.
See attached, highlights included that class registration was held
on February 14, offering a new trending class called Synergy.
AARP tax appointments are almost full.

MOTION: Joyce Vlaun moved to adjourn the February 25, 2020
Regular Meeting of the Senior Citizens Commission at
4:43 p.m., seconded by D. Judith Crawford.
