SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES

PRESIDING:
 Chairman Ken Kirkman
MEMBERS PRESENT:
Raymond Valentini, Steve Negri, Rodney Pinkham and Tom Dembek
ALSO PRESENT:
James A. Bartelli, Director and Christine Walters, Director of Human Resources
Chairman Kirkman called the meeting to order at 1:04 P.M.
1.
Act upon revised Job Description of Assistant Director of Utilities.
Mr. Bartelli explained the proposed revisions to the current job description and the process that 
would follow in the event that the Commission accepted the revised job description.
MOTION
made by Mr. Negri to accept the Revised Job Description for the Assistant 
Director of the Utility Commission as received and forward to the PRB and First 
Selectman, respectively, for approval. Seconded by Mr. Valentini.
   
VOTE
The motion passed unanimously.
ADJOURNMENT
With no further business before the Commission, the meeting adjourned at 1:11 P.M.

made by Mr. Pinkham to adjourn.  Mr. Negri seconded.
