Callto order: Chairlady Carol Sanders called the Waterford
Senior Citizens Commission Special Meeting of
December 8, 2020 to order at 4:02 pm.
Establish a quorum. A quorum was established.
Public Comment: No public comment.
Approval of the minutes of the November 10, 2020 Meeting. Chairlady Carol
Sanders asked for additions, deletions, or corrections to the minutes.
MOTION: Motion made by Dina Lopes seconded by D. Judith Crawford
to approve the meeting minutes of November 10, 2020 as
presented.
VOTE: 5-0-1 (Anne Darling abstained)
Correspondence
a. None.
Committee Reports
a. Budget —
The FY 2022 budget was discussed. The Commission would need
to look at more numbers; therefore, a special meeting will be
scheduled to approve the budget.
