I. Callto order: Chairlady Carol Sanders called the Waterford
Senior Citizens Commission Special Meeting of
December 15, 2020 to order at 4:04 pm.
I. Establish a quorum. A quorum was established.

IH. Public Comment: No public comment.
IV. Approval of the minutes of the November 10, 2020 Meeting. Chairlady Carol
Sanders asked for additions, deletions, or corrections to the minutes.
MOTION: Motion made by Dina Lopes seconded by D. Judith Crawford
to approve the meeting minutes of November 10, 2020 as
presented.
VOTE: 5-0-1 (Anne Darling abstained)
Vv. Correspondence
a. None.
VI. Committee Reports
a. Budget —
The FY 2022 budget was discussed at length and in detail.
Lisa Cappuccio advised the commission of updates that
were made to the budget.

MOTION: Motion was made by Jim Johnson, seconded by Anita
Collins to accept the Budget of FY 2022.
VOTE: 4-0-1 (Jim Johnson abstained)

IX. Adjournment
Joyce Viaun moved to adjourn the December 15, 2020 meeting of the
Waterford Senior Citizens Commission at 4:39 p.m., seconded by D. Judith
Crawford.
Motion passed.
