L Call to order: Chairlady Sanders called the Waterford Senior Citizens Commission
Special Meeting of April 25, 2023 to order at 4:03 p.m.
Chairlady Sanders welcome new member Rick Beaney to the Commission.
He Establish a Quorum: A quorum was established.

MOTION: Motion made by Kathleen McNamara, seconded by Anne
Darling to move Agenda item #7b to the beginning of the
meeting.
VOTE: 8-0-0
7B, Nominating Committee
Election of Officers: Slate of officers was read Carol Sanders; Chair, Kathleen McNamara
and Joyce Viaun; Vice.Chairs. Discussion.
MOTION: Motion made by Dan Rissi, seconded by Anne Darling to accept
the slate of officers as presented,
VOTE: . 8-0-0
lV. Approval of the Special Meeting Minutes of March 7, 2023. Chairlady Sanders asked for
Additions, deletions or corrections to the minutes.
MOTION: __ Motion made by Anita Collins, seconded by Dan Rissi to
accept the minutes as presented.

Meeting of the Planned Giving Sub-Committee to meet April 25, 2023 at 5 p.m.
Committee Reports
Budget ~ reviewing the 3 quarter expenditures.
Nominating Committee — moved to the beginning of meeting
Transportation — New driver in training
Planned Giving — Meeting at 5 p.m. to review and approve Endowment Fund guidelines
and forms.

Director/Assistant Director Report for March/April
Highlights included Renters Rebate applications begin May 24, new website, ARPA funds,
Farmer market coupons will be coming, Enrollment Clerk position filled.
New Business ~ ARPA funds ~ Sub-Committee to be formed.
