1. Meeting was called to Order at: 4:01 pm and quorum was established  
2. Discussion with First Selectman Rob Brule: Discussion happened:  First Selectman Rob 
Brule spoke to the group about a Human Services model that he hopes to implement. The 
model would provide a continuum of care between Youth and Family Services and Senior 
Services.  
3. Motion to adjourn was made at 4:47 pm by J. Trelli and seconded by D. Lane
