WATERFORD UTILITY COMMISSION SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES DATE: March 26, 2020 PLACE: Waterford Municipal Complex; 1000 Hartford Turnpike PRESIDING: Chairman Peter Green MEMBERS PRESENT: Steve Negri, Raymond Valentini and Ken Kirkman ALSO PRESENT: Staff: Neftali Soto-Chief Engineer, Jim Bartelli-Assistant Director and Attorney Nick Kepple Chairman Green called the meeting to order at 12:00 PM NEW BUSINESS * April 2020 Sewer Billing Chairman Green discussed wanting to help the residents in this difficult time of the COVID-19 virus. MOTION ‘was made by Mr. Kirkman, in response to the COVID-19 effects, the Waterford Utility Commission hereby extends the due date of the April 2020 sewer billing to May 1, 2020, seconded by Mr. Negri. VOTE Passed Unanimously ADJOURNMENT “With no further business before the Commission, the meeting adjourned at 12:07 p.m. MOTION made by Mr. Kirkman to adjourn. Mr. Valentini seconded.
