Waterford Town Clerk’s Office PRESENT: Nicholas Gauthier, Cheryl Larder, Danielle Steward-Gelinas. ABSENT: Tim Condon, Richard Holmes ALSO PRESENT: Town Clerk David Campo, Moderator Paul Goldstein, Minority Leader Susan Driscoll MOTION by Gauthier, seconded by Steward-Gelinas, to Nominate Cheryl Larder as Chairman of the meeting. VOTING IN FAVOR: Unanimous MOTION by Larder, seconded by Steward-Gelinas, to Nominate Nicholas Gauthier as Clerk of the meeting. VOTING IN FAVOR: Unanimous NOMINATIONS to fill vacancy left by the resignation of Paul Konstantakis were provided by the Democratic Town Committee. A dedicated social worker for the state’s revamped DCF, with a background in occupational safety and health and in environmental engineering, Ms Khan is also the mother of two WPS students and caregiver for her grandmother. She has a strong desire to learn more about issues that impact our citizens and town and would appreciate the opportunity to give back to the community through service on the RTM.
