RE: Special Election for District 1 RTM Vacancy
Dear Mr. Campo,
On behalf of the Waterford Democratic Town Committee, I submit the following slate of candidates to
fill the vacancy created by the Oct. 3 resignation of RTM District 1 Representative Paul Konstantakis:
Lindsay Khan

While the DTC believes all three individuals are well qualified to serve the remainder of the term that
ends in November 2023, Lindsay Khan is the preferred candidate for this position. A dedicated social
worker for the state’s revamped DCF, with a background in occupational safety and health and in
environmental engineering, Ms Khan is also the mother of two WPS students and caregiver for her
grandmother. She has a strong desire to learn more about issues that impact our citizens and town and
would appreciate the opportunity to give back to the community through service on the RTM.
Sincerely,
Cathy, Bonar
