SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES

MEMBERS PRESENT:
Ray Valentini, Thomas Dembek, and Steve Negri
ALSO PRESENT:
Staff:  James A. Bartelli, Director of Utilities
            Jill Stevens, Assistant Director of Utilities
            Jim Ericson, PE from Haley Ward Engineer Group (By Telephone)
Chairman Ken Kirkman called the meeting to order at 1:01 p.m.
Fargo Water Tank Bid
Mr. Ericson answered questions that the Commission had regarding the project.
MOTION
made by Mr. Negri to accept the recommendation from Haley Ward Engineering dated 
June 23, 2023 recommending the Fargo Water Tank refurbishment project be 
awarded to Utility Service Company for the bid price of $990,900.00 and forward to the 
Board of Selectman for further action, seconded by Mr. Dembek.
VOTE
The motion passed unanimously.
ADJOURNMENT
With no further business before the Commission, the meeting adjourned at 1:30 p.m.

made by Mr. Dembek to adjourn, Mr. Valentini seconded.
