                          WASTEWATER SUB COMMITTEEE
                           SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES


DATE:            May 13, 2021

PLACE:                 Zoom Meeting

PRESIDING:        Chairman Peter Green

MEMBERS PRESENT: Raymond Valentini and Ken Kirkman

ALSO PRESENT:          Staff: Neftali Soto-Chief Engineer, Jim Bartelli-
Assistant Director and Attorney                    Nick Kepple

Chairman Green called the meeting to order at 10:00 AM


Executive Session

      MOTION     made by Mr. Kirkman to enter into executive session on
pending claim by New                    London arising from termination of
the Tri Town Agreement , seconded by Mr.                      Valentini.

      VOTE       Passed

Executive session ended at 10:51

      MOTION     made by Mr. Kirkman to task the Chief Engineer to set up a
meeting for the                   finalization of the Tri Town agreement,
seconded by Mr. Valentini.

      VOTE       Passed

ADJOURNMENT

With no further business before the Commission, the meeting adjourned at
10:52 am.

      MOTION     made by Mr. Valentini to adjourn.  Mr. Kirkman seconded.

      VOTE       The motion passed unanimously.
