She has an impressive background including a Master’s in Public and International Affairs and she is also a business teacher at East Lyme High School where she helped create a pilot food waste collection program. Here in Waterford, she has a proven track record of bringing people together where she rallied parents to attend town meetings to address the drainage issues at the schools. We are confident that Narciss will continue to bring people together for the common good as a member of the RTM and feel she will reflect the voices and concerns of the constituents of District 1. Thank you for your consideration of this matter. Sincerely, C. Tiina Erin McBride Chair, Waterford DTC
