I Call to order: Chairlady Sanders called the Waterford Senior Citizens Commission
Regular Meeting of May 23, 2023 to order at 5:00 p.m.
li. Establish a Quorum: A quorum was established.
MIL Public Comment: None
NV, Approval of the meeting minutes of April 25, 2023. Chairlady Sanders asked for additions,
Deletions or corrections to the minutes.
MOTION: Motion made by Dan Rissi, seconded by Anita Collins to accept the
Minutes as presented.
VOTE: 7-0-0
Vv. Correspondence: None
Vi. Endowment Fund — Approval of Guidelines & worksheet
MOTION: Motion made by Anita Collins, seconded by Dina Lopes to approve the
Endowment Fund guidelines and worksheet as presented.
VOTE: 7-0-0

ee Highlights included Barry Neistat is our new café manager, Renters Rebate program has
started for the season. The new logo and website for Senior Services was presented, all
approved of design, online payments and credit card payments will begin this month,
The Loop will be mailed out the second week of June. Meaghan Lineburgh was able to
secure the Moving Wall for October of 2024.
IX. Budget Transfers
Discussion on up-coming budget transfers.
xX New Business
a. ARPA Funds ~ A workbook was presented with items to be considered for purchase
for Senior Services with ARPA funds. Suggestions were taken at the Older Americans
luncheon, comments are welcome on ideas for purchases.
b. Anne Darling wanted it to be on the record that WRTC collected $750 for Veterans
in Jody Nazarchyk’s name.

} MOTION: - Motion made by Anita Collins, seconded by Dina Lopes
to adjourn the regular meeting of the Waterford Senior
Citizens Commission at 5:53 p.m. Motion passed.
