Regular Meeting of June 27, 2023 to order at 4:05 p.m.
Establish a Quorum: A quorum was established.
Public Comment: None
Approval of the meeting minutes of May 23, 2023. Chairlady Sanders asked for additions,
deletions or corrections to the minutes.
MOTION: Motion made by Rick Beaney, seconded by Anita Collins to accept the
meeting minutes as presented.
VOTE: 5-0-0
Correspondence
a. Fund Statement - Community Foundation of Eastern Connecticut
b. Letter — Notice of retirement —- Donna Payne
c. Transfers — May transfer for FY 23
Committee Reports
a. Budget ~ Final Year End transfers are being completed. Transfers needed from
Administrative line to Clerical and Instructor lines to support additional programming
and staff. .

d. Planned Giving Sub-Committee — No report

Director/Assistant Director report for June 2023
Highlights included Rent Rebate appointments started on May 24, Program registrations
started on June 16 for the summer session, online and credit card options began, our
Annual Picnic was held on June 21, over 90 residents attended for free. The Board of
Selectmen has moved forward a request from DPW to replace the HVAC in building.
